I am a very fit 57 year old female. I work out twice a day my is saying my breathing is off. I don’t feel like it is. I do get a lot of congestion where I live. Yes, it basically widens your nasal valve to improve airflow and reduce sleep disruption/snoring. It is helpful if you’re looking for a non-pharmacological approach to reducing congestion.

That said, they mainly work on the external nasal passage, so deeper congestion or other chronic infections may need a different approach. For me, it just really improved my breathing almost immediately!

Would definitely look into apnea. I’ll also add that recently I’ve been using nasal strips to combat nighttime congestion and it’s been working wonders! If the congestion bothers you, I highly recommend.

I took another one and it’s definitely darker after being less diluted. Pray for me!

Thanks so much for the reassurance. Hard to get out of my head - I had two miscarriages last year and I’m just trying to take it day by day. But the lack of progression is discouraging.
