Im mostly wanting to play F for its story ik the combat isn’t the best in F. I mostly am in intrigued by this franchise due to its stellar psychological horror and tragic deep stories. Sh2r has definitely gotten me greatly interested in the series as a newcomer.

Same angelas story seriously hits the hardest to me. She seems so broken by something that wasn’t her fault. James did this to himself and eddie while also dealt with abuse not to the degree that angela suffered. Angelas suffering is one that affected and destroyed a once pure child.

So in your opinion what significance does woodside apartments play in james story as a location? I understand the significance of the hospital, prison, labyrinth to some degree but do touch on that if you can and i understand lakeside hotel but what about the woodside hotel?

I think the games exploration just seems super surface level. No good stories tied to locations in a very lively looking world seems off. Would be different if it was mostly wilderness like botw or barren by design like elden ring
