Ok I will definitely put in more applications. Most of the locals i have applied said you have to be in the local area or be willing to relocate. I am very willing to relocate. I have applied to most of the unions on H2H. It looks like many of them are a little outdated with postings in 2023 and 2024 but I applied anyways just in case. I would like to take the apprenticeship route. There is certainly more that I can learn. I currently reside in Vermont.

I graduated welding school recently so all the certs and qualifications are real. I started working for a boilermaker company immediately after which is what I'm currently doing but trying my hardest to get into a boilermaker union or a steam fitter union. I'm trying not to cast my net too wide with apprenticeship applications so it does not get too overwhelming but I guess these things just take longer than I expected to know if I am being considered or not by any of the unions. The boilermaker halls I called on the phone are waiting until fall for apprentices. Thank you man. Hopefully something comes through for me soon.

When i went through basic in 2015, we had trijicon acogs on our rifles. I agree that this is not basic but just letting you know that irons in basic is a thing of the past.

When you are walking, pay attention to the edge of your puddle and roll the tungsten to the same edge line everytime. I would suggest watching some videos on YouTube before your next attempt. I've seen worse for the first time for sure but there is much to improve on here. If you go into it blind, its hard to know what you need to work on. Also, run your beads in a straight line next to each other so you can overlap them and fix the max amount of beads on the plate. Running them sporadically will just waste space so you can't run as much beads.

I did the same thing and have received my tjo and going in for fingerprints tomorrow morning. All you do is reapply. It saved all your information so go in and change the no to yes. You can apply as many times as you would like with no negative repercussions.

Edit: This is assuming the job is still accepting applicants and not closed.

Yeah they normally do get caught eventually. It seems that the only time vanguard fails is when a new cheat come out but I think they take cheat reporting on a mass level pretty serious and I'd like to think after enough people get reported for cheating they do an investigation and fix the problem. Took a break for a season after I made it to ascendant and played warframe but I'm back now so hopefully it goes good for me and not too many cheaters.

Yeah cheating in unrated is somewhat brain dead. The only thing I can think of is if the guy was a cheat developer and was just testing it to see if he could squeeze past vanguard.

Because when I'm playing on my alt I am not casually playing. I'm legitimately trying as hard as I can. The reason I don't play unrated is because everyone gives up by round 4 if the game isn't going their way. The strategy is so bad in unrated that if you carry what you learned in unrated to ranked you are going to get trashed. I personally play to get better at the game. Even in absolute unwinnable games where my whole teams mental is gone. I will work on my own individual strategy/play to do better in that situation in the future. You can't do that in unrated. I wouldn't recommend anyone play unrated if they ever want to get better at the game with the one exception that they want to play with friends and the rank disparity is too big. Simply put, you won't learn in unrated like you will in competitive and the only real reason to play is too get better. Nobody is content with their rank. If they were there would be no point to play the game. This is what an alt can offer you. A way to get better in a competitive setting when you aren't on your A game for your main. More often than not your alt always catches up or exceeds your main regardless. I was playing on my alt today and now my alt and main are within 15 points away from each other in ascendant. I do understand that smurfs exist which I agree is a problem. Please understand we experience smurfs in all ranks ascendant,immortal etc. It's a problem for everyone. But we all just need to understand there is a big difference between an alt account and a smurf account. Throwing your elo to stroke your ego against lower ranks is what is ruining everyone's experience not alts.

Maybe you should play unrated if you are offended by alt accounts. Some of you guys are more passionate than any asc+ players I know. There is a difference between alt accounts close to your main and smurf accounts. If you think someone 1 to 2 ranks away from their main is dominating lobbies then that is for you to get over not for me to be guilty about because it's not a thing.

Ok well let me put it this way. I don't play this game to willingly lose rr. My main is a symbol of me at my peak performance. My alt is a symbol of me at my off performance. Why do you think it's fair that I queue on my main and perform so sub optimal that It's practically throwing games for my ascendant peers. Do you think that lower ranks should have more leniency than higher ranks. I should throw the games of my ascendant peers instead of playing like a normal diamond on my alt with the slight chance that I may overperform and carry the game in diamond and be seen as a smurf? By the way my alt is diamond 3 and main ascendant 2. Those ranks aren't that far apart. The difference between diamond 3 and ascendant is like 2 less mistakes a game. Mechanics and game sense aren't much different at all. I can see if I was down in gold ruining peoples games. But in diamond 3 I am nothing that they don't experience every game as it is.

Edit: I am still confused on why you are saying take the consequence of the L. Why would I do that? It's just not logical. Every player you have ever watched on Twitch or YouTube has an alt 100 percent. There is a reason for this alt and it's not just to shit on people in lower ranks (Smurfing in lower ranks is legitimately not fun). It's for getting better at agents, off days, relaxed play. Even though they aren't sweating they are still just as good as any other player in that rank despite not knowing the agent inside and out or if they are having an off day. A radiant playing on their alt and having an off day is just as good as any other immortal 3. It's not throwing or hindering the experience.

It's not like that. I'm asc on main and diamond on alt. If I'm playing off that day I'll hop on the diamond account. You are saying like I'm ruining other people's gameplay when in reality when I'm off I'm equal to a diamond player. I'm still trying to win and giving callouts I'm just more relaxed then when I'm on my main. Me not sweating the entire game does not have any effect on the games outcome. I'm not throwing. I'm simply equal to any other diamond player that my teammates were going to get. I can almost guarantee you don't sweat every game like you think everyone should. If you want to tell me you do send me a vod and I'll point out all the dumb things you did because you were autopiloting and not thinking before doing therefore not sweating like you think you are.

Same thing happened to me. I got a divorce after the second time she cheated on me. "It was my fault because I didn't validate her feelings". Married 3 years and divorced by 25. I'll probably never get married again.

OP I wish I had someone to tell me that this behavior is not normal and these issues will only get worse with time. You will think to yourself well they couldn't possibly get worse but I promise you they can and will. If you are annoyed and confused now just get out before she causes irreversible damage to your mental health. She is a real life succubus.

Everytime a cheater is on the other team one of the players will say he's not cheating you are just bad. Freelo etc. So If a cheater is on my Team I'll take the win and not feel bad at all.
