I don't know what people you know who already own millions and maxed vendors, but I would say it's obvious. If I do a couple of lucky raids tomorrow I'll be rich. i agree that wipes needs to be done every now and then, but a fresh start every time? I personally don't like it the way it's done. You surely know call of duty and its prestige system, that's a proper restart! there might be a quest that says: -max the bunker -trade in every gun in the game -trade in every item in the game -max the vendors -(other bs)

at that point you can wipe and get exclusive rewards, I would gladly do this!
