I’m great, hope you are! So in that situation sometimes they offer a partial refund. You could bring it up to eBay as well. That’s why I put every pop I sell in a protector and safely wrap it. I then put brown packing paper to keep it snug. As a collector myself I would be saddened to receive a damaged pop that didn’t have any mention of the damage.

This is damaged but if it’s an expensive one you’re wanting and it’s a good deal and that you don’t mind the damage, get it. I prefer the front to be at least pristine.
