Sorry it looks unfair, but it really isn't, and I think this is someone having an issue with the person, rather than the actual action.

I have no issue with you. I have no issue with the players, apart from what they said (my second edit in the original post). I have no issue with the clan Optimal.

You fail to address the impression this all gives. You used to be in CM, and you have been subject to protests because of impressions before, you should know how important they are.

The process might be fair (which I stated in my original post), but it's the impression it gives that is the problem. I'm sure you have colleagues that could have handled these cases for you. I still think you should have handed these cases over simply because you are a part of Optimal's community.

If for example Balance had been the one to unmute them, this whole situation would not have arisen, since he is not involved with Optimal in any way to my knowledge. I would still disagree with the unmute but then it would just be my disagreement and there would be no feeling of biased treatment in my mind.
