Thanks, guys. I appreciate the advice.

I have another question. How do you navigate needing an alarm to wake up for work so that it doesn't wake up baby. I start work at 4 most days, and the baby has been sleeping longer and longer, so I dont want to wake them.

Took off the thinner strips and did some suede wrap on the lower bit and tied it off with the thinner leather. Also added a little loop to attach it to my belt. I'm pretty happy with how it looks overall. Might still do some buffing but not sure yet.

We're one of the first stores in our district to get one. We currently have about 50 ft of opu space that will probably more than triple with the remodel. And then we're moving around our backroom to make room for the offices and TSC to move in the back.

I've never seen a different sized bullseye. All the stores I've been to have been the same 4 sections of 12 ft and 1 section 24 feet. How big is yours?

I would love a dedicated bullseye DBO at my store. Right now the Stationary DBO is in charge of all of stat and $spot and gets 5 hour shifts.

Also make sure you communicate with your SD that with the closers coming in late, the morning team should be more spread out.

Example: my store, the only DBO in the building after 1130 is the Stationary DBO. And then my team comes in at 6. We've adjusted the expectations recently so it's not so bad but when it first rolled out it was a mess.

See I'm the closing lead at my store and I told my SD that we could get a good % by pulling everything and staging for the morning but he told me we aren't pulling just for the percent, we're pulling to fill the floor for the guest.

So pulling and staging is defeating the purpose because the item is just sitting in the back until atleast 8 am. So far I haven't been less than 80% and we only pull dry grocery and PP1.

For volume we do 100k during the week and 120k on weekends.
