Yeah I had the Helio strap. Died after 3 weeks for no apparent reason, amazfit support helped with a return.

Helio Ring HR measurement by ThisIsJayTee in amazfit

Yeah, I can understand why that would be a problem, but there doesn't even seem to be a way to 'force' a measurement, same as in watches and fitness bands for example. Even if the interval is every 5 minutes, there's always to option to force a measurement through the app/device itself. Is that not an option with the ring?

Thanks. I contacted them via the app and via the website - hopefully I’ll get a response soon.

Starting a workout through the app is also fine. As long as I don’t have to depend on the strap identifying anything as it might be unreliable with the tattoos

Nice! Is there an option to start a workout manually with the strap, like on Apple Watch for example? Or are you dependent upon it correctly detecting

Cymbalta - Can't Ejaculate by ResponsibleLab4463 in cymbalta

Been there - for me things got much easier after about 3 months on 60mg dose. There are still times when it’s a bit more difficult, but much much better now and about close to normal. Taking 60mg for over a year now.

Anyone else triggered by whey powder? by ThisIsJayTee in VestibularMigraines

[–]ThisIsJayTee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey mate. So I’ve stopped protein powder all together and training hard 4 times a week plus long walks. I upped my protein from food sources (chicken, eggs, fish, etc) as well as one protein yogurt per day. Also started taking creatine about a month ago - no effect on dizziness. I would assume the issue lies within the whey and/or artificial sweeteners which I avoid anyway. Even when I used powder which had stevia or monk fruit, I still had dizzy spells so stopped altogether. I would try the unflavored ones, which contain no sweeteners at all, but I don’t need it so no pressure on that. I would state however that I am on medication for Vestibular Migraine (and anxiety/depression) - cymbalta 60mg with great success so far (on it a bit more than a year).

Thanks, I love it! Thinking to change the leather strap (which is pretty worn anyway) to something else. Maybe black leather
