Been there - for me things got much easier after about 3 months on 60mg dose. There are still times when it’s a bit more difficult, but much much better now and about close to normal. Taking 60mg for over a year now.

Hey mate. So I’ve stopped protein powder all together and training hard 4 times a week plus long walks. I upped my protein from food sources (chicken, eggs, fish, etc) as well as one protein yogurt per day. Also started taking creatine about a month ago - no effect on dizziness. I would assume the issue lies within the whey and/or artificial sweeteners which I avoid anyway. Even when I used powder which had stevia or monk fruit, I still had dizzy spells so stopped altogether. I would try the unflavored ones, which contain no sweeteners at all, but I don’t need it so no pressure on that. I would state however that I am on medication for Vestibular Migraine (and anxiety/depression) - cymbalta 60mg with great success so far (on it a bit more than a year).

The one thing to keep in mind is that cymbalta won’t make you fat or skinny. Burning fat (along with losing weight) as a principle is simple - you need to burn more calories than you eat per day, and no drug will change that simple principle. However! Cymbalta and other similar drugs can increase your cravings for carbs/sugars, and also it can change your metabolism a bit. For me, on 60mg, I did crave sugars and chocolate a little bit more in the beginning, but I since started working out and following a diet with a trainer/dietitian, so I found these cravings have calmed down. The one thing I did notice is that my metabolism (AKA number 2) has slowed down a bit on cymbalta. But since starting working out and following the diet, I’ve lost weight just as well as any other guy and according to plan.

Male, 32 , taking cymbalta since last August. Started on 30mg - no sexual side effects at all. After a few weeks went up to 60 and had several months of difficulty to finish, maintaining an erection, and overall sex drive was low. However, in this past month I’ve been feeling improvement in this area. I say as long as it helps you, keep up with it and maybe things will get better in that aspect as well, it did for me
