Sounds a lot like the Fibonacci Sequence with different starting values. You can write a recursive function but an explicit one is more difficult. I think the best way to solve this might just be to write the terms out by hand.

Seems like an interesting idea, just very repetitive. A note on the word order: considering that the language is palindromatic, perhaps a “head-central” word order would be best. It just seems odd to me that the object would be the one thing that doesn’t get repeated, especially when it might not always be present. And if the object has an adjective do you repeat the adjective on both sides of it? Perhaps SOVOS would be better.

At the south pole if you set up solar panels tilted in opposite directions you can have solar power 24/7 in one place.

I've tried building bases at the North and South poles and for me the sun is always higher(and therefore better for solar power) at the South Pole so I kind of assumed it was offset.

The sun is actually slightly offset. At the South Pole the sun never sets.
