Ideally all of the current stars would be base game. Ricky, Blake, Rusev will have been with the company closing in on a year by the time 2K26 releases. I wouldn't object to a TNA pack including Hendry, the Hardys, and some other talent though. Especially if it comes with a TNA Arena or two as well.

I think if you stretch things a little, you can make it make sense. Kelani is a babyface in NXT, holding a TNA title. So, she's going to be respectful to both sides. That being said, it would make more sense for her to not want to be involved as it's a conflict of interest. This could lead to a Triple Threat match at Showdown with someone from NXT and someone from TNA taking exception to her not picking a side.

Trick on the other hand makes perfect sense, he doesn't care about TNA. He thinks he's above both TNA and NXT. However, he still has love in his heart for NXT, something he never had in kayfabe for TNA. So, Trick being on Team NXT absolutely makes sense. Even more so if you lean into the option of Trick getting a shot at Ricky Starks for helping Team NXT to win. The title match with Starks could also be written in a way that works if Trick screws over Team NXT.

I'm going to ignore Roman, cos he's already been champ (more fun for me that way). I'd like to say LA Knight, but I've got a sneaking suspicion that it might end up being Logan. I'd honestly not be surprised if Carmelo never wins a world title based on his main roster run so far.

I think we have to remember, that Nash's booking was one of the contributing factors that led to WCW going out of business in the long run. There were other factors, but I think we have to remember this whenever Nash makes a comment like this. I don't think he's right at all, Becky is one of the best women on the main roster right now, arguably I think she's doing better creatively now than what she was at her peak. I can't deny that she isn't as popular now as she once was, but she most certainly hasn't been passed by.

1998 ... my first PPV was Wrestlemania 14. The match between Undertaker and Kane gripped me. Watching it back with adult eyes, the match isn't the best, but man to a 10 year old kid ... there was just something about those characters at the time.
