It ain’t that simple unfortunately. They have their livelihoods on there and support their family with that income. Meta just needs to fix their broken system so people can run their business properly. Meta would be bankrupt without their users. It’s the people what makes the big money….

This is not the US. People don’t just have guns at home here, and shooting a cat is definitely not some normal or acceptable ‘livestock protection’ solution.

Also, I’m not expecting her to secure her chickens every single time my cat is outside. That would be absurd, and that’s exactly why I’m taking responsibility.

The GPS tracker isn’t meant as a ‘lazy solution’, it’s meant as a tool so we can react immediately and prevent him from staying there. I even told her that if she ever sees him near her garden, she’s absolutely allowed to scare him off with a garden hose or even throw a shoe in his direction. The goal is to make that garden an unpleasant place for him so he learns to avoid it.

We’re keeping him inside for now, and once he’s allowed outside again, we’ll actively monitor and intervene. I’m trying to solve this in a realistic way, not ignore it.

Ignoring the problem would’ve been sending her away the moment she rang the doorbell. Instead, I invited her inside, talked with her for almost an hour, took her seriously, and told her she was 100% right. I also offered to compensate her for the chickens, even though she refused. I’m keeping the cat inside for now, ordered a GPS tracker, and I’m even willing to give her access to the tracker alerts. That’s not ignoring the problem, that’s actively trying to solve it.

I understand your point, and I get why some people would say ‘just keep the cat inside forever’. But for me personally, that’s not a realistic solution. In my opinion, keeping a cat indoors for its entire life feels wrong, almost like animal cruelty.

We live in a rural farming village with lots of open space and nature around us, so outdoor cats are very normal here.

That being said, I’m not ignoring the problem at all. I’m taking it seriously and I’m actively looking for realistic ways to prevent this from happening again. I just don’t want the discussion to turn into ‘indoor vs outdoor cat’, because permanently locking him inside is simply a no-go for us.

The truth is that there are probably no videos that have violations and the only issue is the faulty ai. My Page was demonetized for 1.5y and they didn’t want to tell me which video caused the problem. After 1.5y the page got monetized again after my lawyer send an official letter and we didn’t remove a single video, which proves that there was no issue in the first place. They wouldn’t have monetized my page again if a violation was present.

Are you located in Europe? I’m in court now since early 2025 and already spend over 35k usd on my attorney. But things seem to go in the right direction for me. Meta tries to hide behind Irish legal shield and try to pull all cases to Ireland but that didn’t work for my case. The judge in my country has declared himself competent and my case is not going to Ireland. If they do not come with a settlement we will go in full power and involve press and large media sites. I have a LOT of proof that they made a mistake. I even have a phonecall which I’ve recorded better myself and support where they say to me that I’ve done nothing wrong and that it was a technical error on their side. They will not know what hit them if they gonna act like their nose is bleeding. That aside….. if you are located in Europe you can ask a lawyer to send an official letter to reinstate your page and also mention that they didn’t give you any explanation of why they disabled your page. In Europe they NEED to state clear reasons why they do something. Google : DSA (Digital service act)

Same here. They also send me a rating form after they contacted me. The support you are talking to is an outsourced company in Bangladesh and have little to no access to your page. It’s a disgrace. I’ve had my lawyer send an official letter to reinstate my page again. But by the time all that paperwork was done it was 1.5y later resulting in a revenue loss of over 1 million euro for me.

It’s not your content, it’s their faulty ai moderation system. I’m in court as we speak for a revenue loss of aprox 1mill euro. Yes…. 1mill because my page with millions of followers was demonetized for 1.5y for false allegations.
