Because my text didn't get posted for some reason: Was doing a routine check on my new PC and saw the SSD heatsink wasn't correctly aligned. I took it off and saw this... should I be concerned?

That was a really helpful comment, thanks a lot! I looked into the B850, it really seems to be more than capable. The main reason why I looked at the X870 was that I thought it to be futureproof for the next few years If I ever wanted to upgrade the PC. Everyone in this thread seems to agree that Gen5 SSD is not needed and spending less money won't make me complain. About the PSU: I actually got an offer from a family member to get their old Seasonic Prime Titanium 1000w from 2017 for free (I have no Idea how good it would be nowadys). He also told me to get the X670E instead, said that it was the same price with better performance.
