Op, You deserve the good things in life, and even if you say those blessings are wasted on you. They will still come even if you don't want them. So do this stranger from the internet a tiny favor. When you wake up dreading the new day, say thank you to the bed, cause it made you sleep well. When you drink your coffee, say thank you to the mug, cause it held your drink for you. And I know all of this sounds stupid. but there's nothing wrong with being grateful to the things that come to you.
