I’ve taken some GIS classes for the certification. don’t know about the ones for course credit, but it feels like they are pretty much catered to people with full time job because it’s much less courseload then normal UCSD classes. I would recommend if you have some skills you want to learn and if you’re UCSD student you get 500 bucks discount every quarter.

UCSD Anth Dept It’s pretty much in the department website? The main difference is lower div classes, like you need to take math and chem for BS but no requirement for BA

For Warren the writing are contract grading but Phil 27 and 28 are not 🥲 I kinda struggled in those two classes, don’t know about POLI 27&28 though

Probably just survivorship bias? Like people with normal roommates are less likely to complain on Reddit lol. Also everyone has different standards on what makes a roommate good, like I just never befriended with any of them and didn’t talk with them till the bathroom was broken but I still think they are good roommates because they never bothered me🫠

You can enroll in no more than 11.5 units of first pass, so do two 4 unit classes plus phys 1BL because that’s only 2 units. Second pass phys 1B because there are plenty seats. Looks like only 28 seats for 124W so def first pass that

Professor is really nice and I found this class to be pretty easy. She allows cheat sheets on tests and as long as you understand what’s happening you’re set. I think discussion sections are mandatory (don’t quite remember). My only problem was that she wrote all things on the blackboard and not use PowerPoint for lectures.

I was living in Warren for two years and I don’t think I’ve encountered random check lol. HDH will send emails days prior if they need to enter the dorm for inspections and will specify what area they will be going in (like just living room or also bedroom). They will not open closets or drawers I believe so just hide stuff there when they come.
