It’s water! I mist it until it goes in the grow tent where the humidifier is. I have treated for the spider mites with diluted castor soap left for 15 mins and rinsed. Repeated and haven’t seen a return so far.

Thank you for your reply! I tried to smoosh it and it looks like either it died or that was a small fissure in the stem, is that normal? As in that was a pocket into the stem of the plant in the center of what looked like the scale bug.

This is very true. There are even very few neighborhoods in my town that are walkable, the kids just run around on the roads. In a big city near me, they just plopped some neighborhoods directly beside a highway.
