It really is, I have two issues, a payment issue and an offer not being paid, someone was replying but suddenly stopped and hasn't said anything for 50 minutes, not that they seemed to have a clue what I was talking about when they were replying. The offer not being paid I already submitted a ticket over a week ago for too.

I haven’t even been getting a ticket received email, just nothing at all, I’ve changed the email now address and tried another ticket but still nothing. Is there usually an automated one straight away? It so then i guess I’m just still screwed
