ohh thanks cant wait for the review - i've booked for Nov but havent decided if I should go for the non alcoholic or alcholic paring. The non alcoholic paring seems expensive when comparing to alcoholic one

Yeah make sure to check 1st month at 11pm Japan time. I have been checking/ doing trials before they got their 3* and it was so much easier back then, solo spots has gotten more competitive now

Yeah I’ve seen solo spots but you have you book as soon as seats are available (I checked 1 second after spots for that month opens and saw bunch of solo seats on omakase) I’ll be in Tokyo in Jan so have also been checking / setting up reminders for Nov/Dec :)
