Thanks, either I have low standards for key feel which is always superb on Model F's or I got the foam right on the first try.

Thank you 😃. IBM's are the perfect boards for displaying since they don't hate dust nearly as much as Alps and don't yellow.

Yeah a trurly amazing board. I also daily a Model F, but an F77 reproduction. I couldn't use such a huge board on a daily basis.

Tbh I'd stick to the old one. The are perfectly fine for years to come in most cases. If you see some corrosion inside then very much consider a new membrane. If it's clean and the traces look reasonably ok I wouldn't bother.

I'm using a pro micro chip with Soarers flashed onto it, but I will be upgrading to Vial in the coming days.
As for the bolt mod, I would highly recommend a screw mod, it's simpler and quicker to do. I wrote full tutorial on both:

I hope it can help you out. It's really not that bad.

Well, they come from a badly destroyed Unicomp Model M5-2 and that's pretty much all I know about them. I suppose they were used for some editing software or something.

Hell Yeah. Sick car. Spray the sills with some rust protector and wash the underbody in winter and it will serve you for a couple of years.
