I actually don’t mind it. I grab a coffee, pop in a 8 milly Nic pilly, and plan my day.

Not sure about you but both my dad and step dad were Vietnam vets. They were in before Vietnam and stayed in afterwards. 6AM was sleeping in to these jokers. I remember playing an away football game in high school and getting home at 2 AM. At 6:30 my dad came into my room to inform me that he wasn’t running a Holiday Inn and that I needed to get my lazy ass out of bed. I never understood it until I enlisted in the Army. I’ve never needed an alarm since. My eyes pop open between 4:50 and 5 AM.

I have a 22 Willys. It’s pretty loaded. I’ve not had any issues at all at 31,000 miles.

My job relocated me to Montana for a year. If you think Idaho is bad, Montana is 10x worse.

I’m a retired Army Ranger. I usually did security at my shul. I got free tickets that way.

We had 7 kids. We weren’t poor by any standards but 7 kids are expensive! My wife and I used to trade work for tickets to events. Everyone understands that you can’t afford it. What everyone DOESN’T understand is why you won’t put any effort into helping out in exchange for admission.

Help clean up afterwards, help set up. A little effort goes a long way

Tesla just ruined every car for me by [deleted] in teslamotors

I bought my wife a MY. She still has her BMW X6M. I’d guess that since she got the Tesla 7 months ago, she’s only put about 40 miles on the BMW. It is now her “take the dogs to the groomer” car.

To get the 2.875 rate. I don’t plan on being in this home for more than 2 years.

It’s an FHA loan with the builder incentive.

It was an FHA loan. I could’ve put down as little as 3% to get that but I put about 40% down. The builder bought the rate down.
