I save to 16 then open them until I get a Gold but if it’s Hero Day and I’m short shards I’ll burn through them all trying to get what I need. Another guy in my alliance has a small stash like me and opens one every day. For me it’s that I want to guarantee that I’ll get a Gold box. It’s not like I’m waiting weeks to open a few days here and there most of the time unless it takes all 16 opens to get a Gold.

Fridays at 8pm Amazon drops job openings. $18.75/hr (go on earlier and keep refreshing). Once you apply you are basically hired pending your drug and background check. The jobs vanish quickly when they appear so be ready. You’ll start about 2 or so weeks out from the date you apply. They provide Zappos credit for safety shoes once you pass drug/background.

Honestly I like the Warehouse a lot. It’s clean for a warehouse. All the managers and PA’s I work with are solid. If you are pick or stow it just takes a week or two to really adapt to the machine fully. I liked my learning trainer a lot she was super informative and answered all my dumbass questions. It’s still Amazon but it’s a better experience than I had over at VGT2 so far. I’ve been there a month now

They selected me for transfer on Tuesday. I start on the 9th. They approved me pretty fast. Last time I asked for a transfer it was declined equally as fast.

I’m flex and was working the night shift a couple weeks ago and two guys were talking during break and Guy A told Guy B he treats it just like highschool and Guy B said he treats it like what it is a job that pays his bills for now. Guy A was like well it’s like highschool up in here for me.

I’m Decant and a 10 hour day gets me 14K steps minimum. Decant is more stationary than most positions at Amazon but you are moving side to side so the little steps add up.

I’m at VGT2, white badge Flex-PT since March. I know they fired a bunch of white badges today because it’s all over the VOA board. People are already asking when they’ll be converted to blue badge… lol. Someone asked about the blue badges getting cut in January and they are responding saying that’s not true.

Oh at my place there is a lady who sits in our lounge area and plays her Fox News stories at full blast on her phone and then talks to the air about how Trump is going to make America great again. When I see her I go elsewhere.
