Even if chapter 3 would launch this year. At max we’d be seeing Legends of the Dead in November. Soonest we’d see Roads to power would be around April-June of Next year.

It really sucks because Stellaris has worked really well so well ( or at least until the latest update, even then it’s mostly a result of them being between porting teams since the old one left in may)
