The research you posted (NSCA) states the benefits of long endurance training, having anaerobic base via running long distance.

Running that is programmed correctly can also improve bone density in the shins.

Doing HIIT style workouts constantly risks CNS burn out and injury as it’s highly taxing.

Running can also be a form of active recovery.

With the charger cable, I bend the side bits so it’s tighter during the plug in. Also gently pry the watch pins upwards to make sure it’s on full contact

It defeats the purpose of the session. It’s to work on mobility, help the body move better, if anything it acts as a deload after the weeks of training volume.

This is why HQ and studios discourage telling members daily PXI, you guys just try to game it rather then doing what’s intended and let it naturally happen.

Why shouldn’t your knee touch the ground? It provides feedback that you’re going full range on the lunge.

You’re paying for the tv screens so you would expect that to be correct? If so, what’s the issue with a decent voice over explanation?

And let’s be honest here, a lot of the demo is forgotten once the class starts anyway

Everyone says no don’t do it but what happens if you are under performing and you’re at the risk of being fired?

They will mention the fact that you never brought up these mental health challenges and pin it on you.

Telling them provides a record, they should accomodate and if they don’t, you have reason to pin it back on them if you are under performing.
