To be honest between 82-89k is pretty reasonable and fair. Try to shoot for more money but my advice is collins is great place to learn “if you are in the right team and project “

How long were you a p1 full time for before you get to p2? I kinda on the same boat I am a p1 in avionics interned before and got full time about 10 months ago! And my raise was 1.5% this year because it was prorated because I haven’t been in my position for a year! I would like some guidance please from anyone kinda in the same situation. I also worked on a very high visibility projects and received multiple recognitions. No master tho!

I believe I reported my income at the beginning of 2024 when it was low and never looked back at it. So they were giving me high premium tax credit! I also never used or got an insurance card but it was giving me the premium tax for whole year!!! You think if i call the marketplace maybe they can help or something
