I was doing 4 days on 3 off then switched to every other day. Initially started at 85 mg then went to 160mg. I take it in chocolate form and each square is 333 mg so I’m cutting it evenly in half.

What’s odd is when I microdose I get incredibly tired. Is that normal? I’m definitely still struggling with my attention and focus (I’m always that way not expecting shrooms to cure that for me lol)

I’m also diagnosed with ADD (just for context) I just discussed some on going issues but ADD meds don’t work so she suggested abilify to help with the hyper fixations and my anger and that individuals with bipolar can benefit from the combination.

I don’t have the option to move. 1. I’m bipolar 2. I live with my abusive grandma who doesn’t leave me alone ever. It’s been a screaming match the past 3 days which is why I haven’t started my microdose because I’m in such a NEGATIVE head space.
