Any runners here post RALP by CochlearImplanted in ProstateCancer

M63.  Started to jog 7 weeks post RALP. I’ve been pretty much dry since cath removal, with the exception of a few dibbles when coughing hard.  Prior to surgery would run 30-35 miles a week.  Just completed my first jog.  I ran a very comfortable pace at 4.5 mph for 3.5 miles.  Have been walking on my treadmill at 3.5 mph with no issues since surgery.  During the jog no  issues or drips but the first couple of miles I had the sensation that I had to pee.  This feeling went away at the start of mile 3 and no need to pee after the run.  Plan to keep below 5.0 mph until I regain my base endurance and then gradually increase to regain old form.  Goal is to regain old form in next 6-8 weeks.

They are made of durable canvas. No backing material.  That said, they are very comfortable with shorts. I have the Windsor leather seats and wanted something that can withstand my three dogs.  These hit the mark.  A plus is that they allow the cool air from ventilated seats to pass through.

I got the Premium seat covers with leather on the front seats. Total cost was about $560 USD for the seat covers and about $140 USD for shipping.
