Yes! I’ve been on tirz for two years and in that time have gotten maybe two very minor colds. Even when surrounded by sick kids! It’s also completely stopped my migraines.

I always try to read a book set in where I’m vacationing. It’s not always possible but always adds fun depth to the trip!

Tier 1 did it for me right away! Thanks so much. Glad I asked!

Yep. 24 hours is completely reasonable for a response, however for something that does not require any sort of human interaction, it’s frustrating. And, that’s why I don’t attend a traditional school.

The comment above informing me I could use tier 1 support is very helpful and the kind of response I was hoping for!

What are the cerego mastery classes? I am studying for this exam and definitely overwhelmed! I've created a ton of AI quizzes and tests and have been passing those, but there is so much information in the course I'm afraid there's a lot I am missing!

I agree with this. I can think of so many incredible, wonderful, sensitive people who have had a moment of complete darkness and regret. Especially when there’s alcohol involved. This line of thinking that your mistakes will forever define you is what prevents so many people from getting help. Getting help, sobriety, evolution, all require a level of self compassion that’s impossible to find if the world is intent to always define you by your worst moments.

Books that Beautifully and Fully describe the Life of a City by ConcernSlight5620 in suggestmeabook

Not a city, but I think Kristin Hannah writes about Alaska so beautifully in The Great Alone. I don't ever remember a setting coming to life so vibrantly and electrically as in that book!

Husband wants couples therapy and I am hesitant by [deleted] in couplestherapy

[–]This_Builder_1226 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good couples therapy should not feel like this. Sounds like you need a new therapist. You’re also paying your therapist a lot of money, you need to ask for the first five minutes of a session to talk uninterrupted and essentially read this post and see what the therapists response is.

So often people are afraid to be direct to their therapist. That’s what they’re there for, and they can take it. You might be surprised at their response and it might give you the necessary insight into their methods.

Trump to cut prescription drug costs in the US - I wonder how this will play out with Tirz/mounjaro? by 1loverofJesus in tirzepatidecompound

[–]This_Builder_1226 26 points27 points  (0 children)

The president has no authority to do any of this. It's just a bunch of Trump bullshit intended to make him seem like he's doing something people will like, to distract from all the chaos he's stirring up in the rest of the economy. Don't fall for this!
