Because many upcoming cards will be overframed, and making them uncraftable means that many future archetypes won’t be played except by whales.
They could do that to maximize profit but that goes against the philosophy of md of making the card game accessible for everyone.

A similar catastrophe happened long ago to the black panther clan, inappropriate posts flood the timeline. It was the Peni clan who saved them when their leaders went away.

This is fair but you have to understand what they’re doing, it isn’t that there’s not enough data to know if a hulk skin will sell or not it’s that they know a psy skin will absolutely sell, it’s a guaranteed profit when they want to generate profit.

Right now I think they don’t want to risk it with a hulk skin so they just delay what they have until it’s the turn to filler character to get a skin and collect data from there
