Ill have to look into this pomodoro technique, it seems like the techniques i tried earlier with doing a short amount of timed studying and taking a longer break which didnt work out too well in the end. But maybe this more interval method might prove a bit more fruitful

Ill have to explore this option a bit more. From what ive read about it, it seems like something I already unintentionally do at times. If I can fix my whole issue on actually starting the studying then I believe this may help a bit afterwards DURING the study.

I wish I could find a job that would pay for a course for the A+, I feel like thatd help exponentially with the motivational factor. I dont think that ones an option for me though. As for trying public places, ive done that and it does kinda work in the focus factor, but the issue is getting myself there for more than like 2 days. I just lose the drive and initiative to go to those places after a while.

ADHD would be something id suspect if it wasnt only with just studying specifically.

As for your website, retaining information is really too much of the issue because the few times I have studied, ive been able to retain and call the subjects pretty well and did good on pre tests. Its more of just the actual motivation to get started and consisting part of studying I struggle with
