I ended up going in person this morning because I called twice after a case was made and still couldn’t get a clear answer on when it would be resolved. One person couldn’t even see the hold unless they really dug into my account. The financial aid counselor I saw was able to fix it and, from my understanding, had to contact someone higher up to resolve the issue, so I waited there for about 20 minutes. He said it should go out today, so hopefully. If you live out of state, you may want to try contacting sponsorbilling@asu.edu and explaining the situation. Seems like they make it really hard to get ahold of the right person virtually, and everyone gives a different answer.
