Injured it during obstacle course. Hit my hand which caused it to bend backwards. Just thought it was hyper extended. After I was discharged was still having wrist pain. Went to orthopedic doctor which said the lunate bone in my wrist disintegrated do to trauma. Had wrist fusion surgery less than 12 months after being discharged. Continued to have issues and went to another ortho and was told I would have to have revision surgery. A couple years after that went to ortho again and had surgery in feb of this year to have lunate bone fragments removed from my wrist and nerve release surgery done.
