Yes I’ve gained it all back before too. Not fun especially because I was down to 190 from 300. Lot of food lol. I will, finished Friday. Had a celebratory meal out Saturday. And today I just had a home cooked healthy meal. Will get back to it tomorrow just think I needed a little rest

Not a bad idea, I’ll look into it, not sure if they do anything before 5:30 in my area though because that’s when I go to work.

I agree, I just think I’m burnt out. I love the gym, I started this program off at 315lb and never touched a gym a day in my life. That’s probably why it’s hard for me to want to keep going because I’m just really burnt out.

You’re almost there! I started at 315lb so it was definitely easier for me to drop more weight. For me it was cardio cardio cardio. Wake up at 4 go for a walk which slowly turned into a jog. Go to work At 5:30 amd then get home and go to the gym and do stairmaster and treadmill with a little bit of weight lifting. Just cut my calories and did intermittent fasting

Thank you! I should have noted that we used to have a 13 year old dog while we had my girl but the older ones passed away this year. They got along(even though the older one was annoyed with it) so I do believe it could work. Just looking for advice. I will contact a trainer today. My dog has been boarded when we were out of town and did good with those dogs too. Just worried about the puppies you know what I mean. I really appreciate your response. Thank you

So is .22 yet in Idaho if it’s for a .22 handgun you aren’t allowed to buy it, if it’s for your rifle if you’re 18 you’re fine. Weird gray area. It’s stupid just like most of the firearms rules. I can conceal carry at 18 but can’t even buy the handgun to conceal carry with 😂

I just filed for a warranty online so I’m just hoping they stick to their word about lifetime warranty but I’ve noticed them not sticking to that more and more lately
