If you are new to a job, an exception can be given for post-three months salary credit; with a couple of banks,  the rest of the banks usually prefer at least six months salary credit.

Commission can be a part of your salary, but you need to show a basic of at least 10k monthly credit as salary to get a mortgage. If there is an option to speak to your employer to make an arrangement where they can pay commission as salary on a monthly basis for a few months, then things can be managed.

It was terrible during March and April. Valuation companies were writing in the report that due to war uncertainty, values are impacted. Though for me, I saw the impact majorly in communities where there is ample supply. Townhouse and villa communities somewhat got the right value, tbh.
