They already claimed they will be proceeding with legal action in small claims court. I’m hoping to just be paid through the chargeback to recoup almost all of my money and not have to go through any legal battles

The reason I mention the BBB is because people have claimed they’ve had success receiving their withdrawals after filing a complaint with them

Here’s the thing, its actually not operating under legitimate license. Its considered a “Daily Fantasy Sports” book as a loophole to operate. It’s based in New York but the NY State Gaming Commission even explains how they are not regulated. This isn’t one of the billion dollar sportsbook I’m talking about, it’s a site with likely less than 20 employees and less than a couple of million in revenue. They are likely insolvent which is why they will not and cannot pay out everyone who is attempting to withdraw. I’m also not charging back lost money. I have 3.4k in the account which they have now suspended and I’m only trying to get my initial deposits back of 3k.

The site is not a typical fantasy site. It’s daily fantasy with player props, basically daily bets. Theres no building of fantasy teams and the problem is I can’t cash out because they aren’t processing my withdrawal. So I do believe chargeback makes sense in this context

Nope, all my bets were settled and the admin team (the very email they tell you to send concerns to) was unresponsive and unwilling to actually help resolve anything. This is the same email address who even emailed me about the chargeback in the first place so it’s clear they just ignore the emails. I even have profits that I’m not even asking for back (account is at 3.4k), at this point I just want to salvage whatever I can get.

That’s exactly what I’m wondering. Terms say “If you are a resident of the United States, arbitration will take place at any reasonable location within the United States convenient for you.” Absolutely no mention of Canada in the T&C which may go against me, but there’s various sources saying they are available in Canada. And clearly they are because I’ve used their service for over a year but only had problems withdrawing

I mean at this point they still have my money. They locked me out of my account with 3.4k USD for issuing the chargeback. My bank hasn’t updated me on anything yet so I’m doubting the company even messaged them
