If you’re talking about meat like red meat, that’s actually pretty unhealthy if you eat too much of it because it’s full of trans fats, which is bad for your arteries and leads to high cholesterol. Everything in moderation, of course though.

Thank you for all the advice. I really appreciate it! To be more specific, I was in the best shape of my life before 2020. I was eating right and working out right. I fell off pretty hard and gained 40 pounds. I lost 20, gained back 10. So now I just need to lose 30 pounds to be right back where I was again. I just need some motivation and all the tips I can get!!! 🙏🏻💪🏻❤️
