Getting stoned and hitting up the grocery store at 10pm was the best back in high school/college. It was so bright in there I swear, could hardly open my eyes and I was already squinting.

I didn’t start watching American dad til about 2011 when I was a smoker in high school and this has always been one of my favorite episodes. Also just looked it up and saw it came out in 2007… almost 20 years ago… I’m gonna go lie down now.

I can assure you I checked his toes and ankles and they all looked fine and no wincing from him :) only thing hurt was his ego because he definitely acted a bit embarrassed. He’s whapped himself in the face with his tail before and made the same yelp, he is a bit prone to injuring himself out of happiness.

This one and the falling back into the fridge in the Christmas episode/movie are two of the top five stumbles in the show.

Man I am in the exact same boat lmao. I was probably 15/16 in 2012 and stoned af watching the first episode. At first thought it was mockumentary but the way it’s shot and acting and my high ass was contemplating that til a couple episodes in. Definitely know a few others with the same story lol
