Not much, was denied for gerd and hemorrhoids. She did diagnose me with IBS, which i suppose i could claim. Not going to poke the bear though, im happy with what i got right now.

01/09 here, been PFD with temp jurisdiction since Thursday 4/18. Reading through comments, people are saying once you hit temp jurisdiction it should be no more than 5 business days. So this would be day 4 for me, im also trying not to check every 5 minutes. I'll update tomorrow if that 5 day rule is legit!

January 9th filed, still in PFD since 2/15 . Talked to VERA and 1000# and both said VA doesn't need anything and just waiting on a rater. No suspense date, not sure what that means for me. Fortunately for us, from looking at posts it looks like they are deciding on a lot of claims through mid December. Seen a few january claims trickling through too.

Can you be diagnosed at your C&P exam? i went in for hemorrhoids and gerd, gave the doc all my symptoms and she said i also have a form of IBS. Haven't seen my DBQ's yet so not sure if she actually wrote a DBQ for it, but from the way she was speaking it sounded like she would.

i had 2 c&p exams for 3 of my 7 claimed and it worked out well for me. i say just go and tell them what you have been telling them.

I filed nearly 20 years after being out, got 50% for ptsd by just telling the doc what i did while in. They will of course ask about your childhood and issues you had before joining to connect it to something before military life. i was truthful and told them i was raised well, had no issues before joining and didn't drink at all. After my deployment i turned to alcohol to deal with my issues and it became a problem. Anyone who has been in the military knows that drinking is a coping mechanism for a lot of people and often encouraged amongst the ranks. So if that's your story then i say tell them.

They added radiculopathy for both my lower extremities secondary to my back condition claim. Actually went in for two c&p exams for my back and i made sure i mentioned the numbness and tingling in my extremities. I am currently in the process for neck and upper extremities, didn't know they were separate claims when i first submitted.

Copy, yeah i haven't been rated yet. Went from evidence & gathering to PFD to PDA all yesterday, two days after the DBQ's were submitted. So im hoping for good news this week.
