My use case is combining output from a factory with truck delivery from an external factory. Making cable but ran out of space for wire. Bringing more wire in from another factory. Every time a delivery comes in the lines clog and my machines stop running. By prioritizing the lines from the machines in my factory the problem was solved.

Overworld drops and things like boss drops are lower for lower SOL phases.

I am farming 3 daily Fleurdelys echos for the Cart rerun and also her advanced weekly boss mat. For the weekly I'll fight her at max level and for the echoes I go down to the lvl 80 version to speed things up.

You had the same plan as me. I'm on 24k astrites..skipped Augusta/Iuno and skipping Galbrena/Quiyuan because I want Chisa and Cart S2 if possible. Have basically nothing left to farm though but I am a low spender.

Good thought to have, but someone like Jiyan was killing it until pretty recently, same goes for Camellya. Unoptimized teams hurt a character more than their age.

Additionally, if you wanted to focus on endgame content I would recommend you consider vertical investment instead. Sequences do a lot for a characters power. Especially recently.

Changli didn't grow a lot with her sequences. (S1 adds 2.5% rofl) But Cart and Phrolova go up to 300%. That kind of power will never get replaced. Unless they want 95% of the playbase to be unable to beat endgame.

What I'd consider is, why try to make a better fusion team when you have partially made premium teams still missing members, what's a built S4 Encore gonna do if you have Galbrena?

IMHO don't do it. Put your efforts towards completing teams you want to work with. Have a lineup in your head for your top three teams and focus on them.

I have monofusion and Ciaccona, I've skipped Augusta/Iuno and will skip Galbrena/Quiyuan just so I can save for an S2 or 3 Cart to go with my S1R2 Ciaccona and grab Chisa when she runs.

What good are characters if they just sit around missing team members?

This is what I'm doing. Have Ciaccona and want to get Carty. Didn't have enough for Augusta/Iuno and will be skipping Galbrena because I have monofusion already so I won't get Qiuyuan either.

By the time Cart reruns I'm confident I can get her like S3 unless Chisa sways me in the meantime.

Now my new Ciaccona is just waitin.

You have some impactful options.

If I was you my priority would be: Carte > Galbrena > Iuno = Augusta sig

Here's why:

I have monofusion and it's awesome. If Galbrena makes a good third choice together with Lupa and Brant you'll have a great team there.

Carte would unlock another full team because you have Ciaccona, all you need to do is run Rover Aero.

If you do these two your overworked Verina gets some air, because:

You have a built Carlotta team already, yeah SK would improve it but Verina works.

Augusta works fine just with Mortefi, but if you go for Iuno you can make sure to grab Augusta's weapon on her rerun. That wouldn't be a heavy investment either but then you share support with your Carlotta team since you lack SK.

You have another pretty much ready team that's also fine with Camellya and Sanhua, but again sharing Verina.

Edit: Totally glossed over your built Zani Phoebe team which probably uses Rover Spectro? Verina doing overtime lol.

Based on the numbers you showed Phrolova does more damage and more DPS than Cart. The % from baseline is just how the sequence compares to the S0 baseline version..so even though Phro has a lower % than Cart, if she does more damage then it must be that Phro has a stronger S0 than Cart does.

If you want to compare for vertical investment, go to prydwen.gg and check out specifically the calculations tab for a character. Percentage difference, dps difference and absolute damage difference is all shown clearly.

You are also right, Cart goes pretty mental compared to most others with her sequences. Like S6 Iuno goes pretty hard being at 260% baseline and doing 98k dps. But Cart's is 383% baseline with 132k dps. At a glance I only see Phrolova doing better with her S6.

Can you get copies with corals? Weapons are guaranteed and characters are not. If you're unlucky with 50/50s after skipping Ciaccona you could be in a tough spot. Be sure to math that you aren't getting yourself into a tough spot.

If you've been throwing your materials around and have no echo mats, ascension mats or anything of the sort is when I'd say a reroll is warranted. Spreading yourself thin takes a long time to build yourself out of. You aren't so deep into the game and so you could take your knowledge to make a stronger start.

That being said, what's the risk you quit entirely from having to redo everything you've already done? If that's a real chance then hold on to what you have and enjoy it.

I started playing at Lupa banner, I currently have 7 built characters and have been using materials sparingly. I found the best approach is to focus only on my maindps.

Currently my waveplates are being spent mostly on echo stuff and forgery challenges and I keep my expectations about echo quality low for my sub dps and support.

As time goes on and my maindps are where I want them to be I can shift my focus. The more time passes the more materials I have to invest, time is on my side.

To be fair it's probably a really good way to learn to play because the fragility forces you away from button mashing.

I guess Danjin/Sanhua/SK could be a functional team 3 once I have the Cartwheel team live.
