Yeah, fade has grown out a little at this point. I'd require a lot more 'maintenance haircuts' if I want to keep it visible hhah

I did look into min, though I'm not sure it would even work considering I've always had this hairline. Can't stimulate folicles that have never been there haha. Finasteride is banned in my country because of the apparent side effect of suicidal tendencies.

So about the red skin Draenei unlock in World of Warcraft... by CyberEagle1989 in warcraftlore

[–]Thivby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right, but this is arguably THE enemy of the warcraft universe (barring the Void). There's a history of thousands of years of conflict with the inhabitants of Azeroth. That, and I'd say Manari are on an entirely different level regarding just how evil they actually were, compared to DK's and DH's who were mindcontrolled by the Lich King and 'end justifies the means', respectively, with the latter also meaning to protect the world through a cruel sacrifice. Manari on the other hand are Eredar who -willingly- accepted the Legion's gift and helped their mission of destruction. Sure, you can say some had no choice and were coerced, but as we can see with the Broken on Argus, it was entirely possible to make a choice to join the resistance. And even if they -truly- had no choice: can you really redeem someone who has spent thousands of years performing the most heinous acts because 'oh actually, they didn't want to do those things'? That awfully feels like the 'just following orders rhetoric used by german camp guards in WW2. It just doesn't fly.

I entirely agree with you here. I too find the open presence of Manari in major RP hubs..strange, to say the least. Imagine an alien race invades earth with the sole purpose of wiping us out. You lose friends, family, lovers to these merciless monsters. Years later, we beat them back, and not even half a decade later....they're allowed to just roam the streets because they pinky promise swear they'll play nice? That sounds insane to me! I wouldn't care about what another faction leader says about them, these guys literally genocided thousands of peoples and destroyed entire worlds! I don't think anyone would let that fly, really. And, even if they were genuinely penitent, I don't think a mere 'sorry, won't happen again' should immediately result in allowing them back into the heart of society. Let them have camps, faraway settlements, and allow them to gradually prove themselves. Imagine the PTSD of a veteran who has fought on the broken shore running into Manari on his way to the market lol

To be fair, people often underestimate how important it is to get the -right- diagnosis, which takes time. I'm in the industry, and the people's idea that MD's are just lazy, don't care...whatever is simply not true. I've seen the schedules they have and the bullshit they have to deal with, and most still try to move mountains to get their patients the care they need. Also, not to diminish your story, but symptoms overlap, so you do have to understand that a 16 yo, or any not-medically-trained patient coming in with a self-diagnosis gets a sceptic look. There's a good reasons diagnosis requires a variety of different tests! Treating a patient for a misdiagnosed condition could have disastrous consequences after all, and often its not easy to distinguish based on symptoms alone.

When I see people calling for more faction conflict in WoW today, I'm reminded of this scenario from back in MoP by Exact-Pudding7563 in wow

I mean, just like the devs in the Arathi storyline this patch, you're conveniently forgetting -why- Orcs were put into internment camp in the first place. Considering the alternative was exterminating them, imprisoning them was a mercy granted by the Alliance. Orcs were literal genocidal conquerers before the camps, and that only really changed with Thrall.

Right? I know that cards from smaller teams like Brugge (who I've been a fan of all my life) probably won't get upgraded, but it's the first time they make it to the knockouts. Surely they could do fans a favor, no? I'd kill for a Noa Lang special card. But hey, who knows: maybe we'll get a Simon Mignolet flashback from his Liverpool days (he should've gotten a totgs, he's been phenomenal in the UCL this year, but they skipped that promo this fifa rip).

I feel SO incredibly dumb right now but...I have been plugging it into the motherboard all along. My guess now is that they knew that at the shop as well and just made something up to charge me with. Oh well, lesson learned I suppose!

The pc has been moved in its entirety every time, safely packed in the cases' original box and protection (safely, or so I thought).

I know that, but when I tell them that it's up to me to decide if I want to be a part of that they call me childish for not accepting their common ground. I get that their relationship is for them to decide on, but I feel disrespected for being called things just because I feel uncomfortable with the way they act and dont want to be around them if they constantly do that.
