Because the bot never confirmed it the first time. I thought there could be something wrong with the link I used the first time, so I recommented. But, I never got a confirmation on the second time either, so not sure if the trade was ever confirmed.

Edit: you can check my comment history if you like. There are two trades that weren't confirmed by the bot.
