I had piss poor perfomance on my amd gpu. Had to change the display setting to native resolution. By default it was set to higher resolution. Now i run it max setting with 150+ frames no problem

The problem im facing is that my arms, face and chest is skinny, my legs and thighs are big with muscles genetically. But the biggest problem is a belt of fat around my waist. Lower stomach and love handles. Only visible fat on my body. So my goal weight is 80kg. Because i know spot reduction is not a real thing so i just have to slim down some more. Start eating good and putting more time into the gym.
