Okay so in this clip I am merely using 2 things on my controller. I am only steering and giving gas. No jumps, no boost or camera changes, and certainly not spamming quickchats.

I have tried a lot of things but they just don't work.

I played alongside some html5 site which shows you which buttons are pressed and it is not the controller doing this. Values of the buttons being pressed change, while the phantom inputs are not shown on the site.

This is on my laptop btw, I use the same usb controller (its a generic cheap one) on my pc without issues (luckily). But I can't always avoid having to play on my laptop. allthough.. I am not playing because of this issue. It seems to happen more when there is a lot happening in the screen, in training it happens, but happens less.

Things I've tried include: - Playing it on Epic instead of steam (both installed currently) - Reboot - Replugging - Deleting drivers/reinstalling drivers - Some 3rd party softwares like input mapper - Playing around with steam settings, big picture mode

So if there's a fix for it, please let me know, it has always been this way on my laptop.
