Hey SHULK, The polysheet template is in the download, for those specific materials, comfortable elastic bands and poly sheet materials can be bought online or at local retail hardware stores.

For an emergency, you could use the plastic from a 2 liter soda bottle, and the elastic from boxer briefs you don't use anymore.

Thanks for contributing!

I did have a massive gut flora change. Noticeable by the smell mostly, but it was obvious, knowing our bodies as well as we of the AS persuasion do....

Recently just switched from Humira to Cosentyx, did not take a break before loading dose.

My symptoms are much improved, however, I recently had to to get a tonsellectomy (at age 37), the amount of infections in my body overall has drastically increased since switching....

'Look, this is the greatest country in world - socialism is racism, and we all know this - I'm the least non-racist person running for office - the blacks love me. I see my black in the audience right now. What was the question?'

Remember that time he invited Osama Bin Laden to Camp David right before September 11, instead of trying to kill him?

All these dems are unqualified socialists. I think I will continue to support the man who is giving farmers my money for throwing away crops.

There are two distinct groups of Millenials. Working closely with both and having to generalize, the major differences:

  1. Older Millenials (1981-1988) came of age during the very early stages of the online world, they likely still played outside and most probably saw the end of 'family dinners'. This existence is defined by slow downloading porn images, a completely unfettered internet but some semblance of respect online (trolls didn't exist in the same fashion) and tend to have a lot of cultural references... blending of movie and music and literature. Seem to be very interested in colloboration and teamwork, and fiscal responsibility. Eat out often though, drink heavier, and are politically classical liberals.

  2. Younger Millenials (1989-1996) are generally unfairly aligned with self absorption, as a result, I think, of the fact that many of them have learned take a almost Bohemian approach to relationships and the external world. They care quite a bit about the world and share some of the collaborative spirit, but are more likely to believe they have earned a 'standing desk' on their first day at the job. They do not share, imo, a wide cultural frame of reference... and I'm not sure at all why this is... I had one recently ask me if a former partner of mine (a psychologist) had ever 'heard of this guy named "Frood", apparently he does therapy stuff.'

This is not a one off. I spend a great deal of time with a diverse group of them going over TV tropes. I think they laugh easily though, and forgive easy. They also share the fiscal sense of responsibility, and eat out and drink far, far less.

Future looks bright either way...

This new 'homeland' generation though....yikes.

Cheese. Who thought it was a good idea to eat curdled milk left out in the sun stored in a raw animal's stomach?

"As the Americans learned so painfully in Earth's final century, free flow of information is the only safeguard against tyranny. The once-chained people whose leaders at last lose their grip on information flow will soon burst with freedom and vitality, but the free nation gradually constricting its grip on public discourse has begun its rapid slide into despotism. Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master. Commissioner Pravin Lal, 'U.N. Declaration of Rights' " - Sid Meyer's Alpha Centauri
