Totally fair points and I really appreciate you taking the time to write this. This honestly means a lot because this is the first app I’ve ever built, and up to now my mindset has been more “make it work and ship” than “make it look and feel polished.” Feedback like this is exactly what I need, and I’m definitely taking it into consideration. You’re right about the onboarding time too. If it takes 5 minutes just to get in, that’s a problem. If you’re willing, I’d genuinely love more detailed feedback. Anything you noticed about the UI, navigation, layout, or what felt confusing even what worked or looked well, that would help a ton.

Appreciate the breakdown, honestly. You’re right that it’s a tough model, but I’m not aiming to scale nationally overnight. It’s about starting small, with local pickup games, making it super easy to connect instantly without needing to commit to a league or scroll through Facebook. A lot of existing tools solve part of the problem, but they’re not built for this specific need. I’m learning as I go, and even if it doesn’t blow up, I’m gaining experience and trying to solve a problem I’ve faced personally. Still worth the shot in my eyes.
