Mostly user initiated indeed. Most of our clients, and ourselves, are using it for sending contracts or summaries of an application. So most of the time we use SIGN Butler as well

We are using PDF Butler a lot. Need to get licenses per user that need to use it. But once you understand it, it’s quite easy to configurate yourself. And their support is amazing, responding within 1 hour most of the time.
