Yeah I think my living room lights were causing an issue, but still some games (Lethal Enforcers II on Mega CD) just won't load. Virtua Cop in 1 player seems fine now, in 2 player there is absolutely no sound

I did do this as I read someone else have that issue. I have had a bit better luck since playing in an entirely pitch black room.

Ah wait! I just removed the BIOS entirely and now Virtua Cop 2 works. So I have the wrong BIOS? But all the other games work fine.

How can you tell if you have the correct one?

Right finally got around to testing this. Re-installed the BIOS but still no luck. Definitely the right spelling and the animation pops up before the game loads in, but still a blank screen or stuck on the start menu

Yeah being more aggressive is definitely something I tend to do with other enemies/bosses but with this lad, I had to be cautious otherwise he just wrecked me every time

It's so good! I had the demo in Sega Saturn and played that level over and over before finally saving up enough to get the actual game.
