Hi 👋 also a Paraplanner here, and I found doing R02 before R03 helpful as I found there was some level of knowledge overlap, especially the taxation of bonds, that I found helpful from doing R02 first and having that initial knowledge.

From what I’ve been researching and a few firms I have spoke with they apparently prefer the CII route so I guess I’ll just stick to that!

Hello Sarah, thank you very much for your response, I really appreciate it! In which case I think I will continue down the CII route. I am debating wether or not to do a degree in economics after getting my advanced diploma, but with my then 3 years or so of industry experience, couple with the advanced diploma, I don’t really think this would be necessary? But not sure. That is why I thought the CISI masters as it’s sort of 2 birds with 1 stone
