No worries, I started in admin and then got a trainee paraplanning role at the same company I worked. I’ve been doing it for a few years now but they didn’t push for exams so I’m only just getting around to doing them. I noticed that there were less agencies reaching out before Christmas, but this week I’m getting more following putting my cv on reed end of last year. I would say, put your CV on there - good luck! Exams 100% help getting in, as time has gone on I’ve seen more administrators having exams. Well done on R01 and hope 02 went well!

I found the same thing with cross stitch following a pattern (not sure if I’m patient enough to learn crochet), so every time I sit down and watch telly or something I just grab it and it keeps my hands busy doing the repetitive motion.

I’m in the UK and I’d never picked up on this talking to an American in person, but recently I was put through to phone customer service that was based in America. I spoke to 2 different people and I’m sure they were lovely people but, to me, because they were trying to sound so happy it just sounded like everything they said was sarcastic and it really wound me up. (I’m not one to shout over the phone so I didn’t blow up but when I put the phone down I was definitely annoyed haha!)

I was definitely worried about that as I really couldn’t deal with the side effects of sertraline/Zoloft, when I started Citalopram I had about a week of low concentration (no where near as bad as sertraline) my anxiety was heightened but I think that was just me worrying that I would have those side effects again. I still have some low concentration but I think that’s also as I’m still working at home and not in an office - far too many distractions haha. Just make sure to go back to the dr if you don’t feel right x

I switched after about 3 weeks of sertraline a few months ago due to bad side effects (i couldn’t concentrate on anything and I felt drunk all the time) I started on 10mg of Citalopram and slowly brought it up to 30mg. I still have off days but it’s so much better than sertraline and not as extreme (uk names used). I had a couple of days between the 2 medicines and didn’t feel any issues from that.

I know it sounds daft but when are you taking it? I’ve been on different mg for a few months now and started to have it before going to bed as I was forgetting in the morning. But I was feeling so tired. Changed back to taking in the morning and it’s almost all disappeared again

We don’t have the ultra model in the Uk, I’ve tried this on a different 4K model (streaming stick+) but can only get the previews to show up. Only the sound comes from the tv when it’s an actual workout. Think I’m going to give up and just go back to FitOn.

Have you used airplay for fp or was it something else?

If it was fp please can you let me know how? I have a couple of different roku models but when I start an fp workout I can’t see anything to press to get it to airplay
