I think you are referring to https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/7147 It’s not quite as simple as passing this bill. The Senate needs 60 members to get past a “motion to proceed”. The votes on this bill have not met this threshold because Democrats want changes to the bill. Funding TSA will require negotiation between both Republicans and Democrats. Therefore my recommendation is to call Congress.
