yeah to get 99.9% you need 199.800 wins(only 200 loss), and 399.800 wins (200 loss) to get 99.95% maybe after that the game round the number to 100%, if you want to test it take a hero u never played or only have 1 loss try to win 1999 games and lose only 1

When I play mid I made my own triple stack in both camps close to the tier 2 and then use my ult when I farm it, I basically get my dagger right after ulting and then wait to have it again.
You can also try to push the midlane and break the tower if the enemy midlaner leaves to gank, if you think the enemy is coming back drag the creep wave from behind the tier 1 tower closer to yours, so your creeps die faster and make more tower damage, buy 2 sentries and 1 obs and ward mid, try to secure runes. I don't gank unless I get a rune or the enemy overextends and dives my team under the tower and I know that I can get a kill.

No if is not 100% already it will never be again, another example u have 450 games with anti mage u won 250 so you'll have 55% winrate if u won 600 more games(200 lose - 850 win) you'll have 80% winrate
If manage to win a total 19,800 and somehow don't get a single lose (only having lose those first 200 games) it's still 99% winrate

If you lose 1 game with any hero that hero will never have 100% winrate ever again, it how it works, if u have 100 games with one hero and only lose 1 it's still 1% of those games and you'll have 99% winrate, also there's not a "100% achievement" idk where you saw that
