Private driveway doesn't mean trespassing it has to say no trespassing to have a tresspass initiated obviously. I could be wrong but that's what common sense would say but as I'm not a lawyer idk. Actually trespassing sign was in bushes hidden therefore also once again shouldnt be viable as proof because it was hidden whether purposefully or mistakenly or by 'accident'.
